The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is that the generator generates high-voltage and high-frequency signals of 20KHz (or 15KHz). The signals are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration by the energy exchange system and added to the workpiece of plastic products.
The temperature transferred to the interface is raised by friction between the workpiece surface and the molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly and then fills the gap between the interfaces.
When the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and fixed at a certain pressure.
The perfect welding is achieved.
