Analysis of the debugging steps of ultrasonic welding machine

The steps of ultrasonic welding machine mold debugging are as follows:

1. Turn on the working pressure of the ultrasonic welding machine and confirm that the pressure gauge of the equipment is working properly.

2. Use a special mold wrench to remove the original welding mold on the ultrasonic welding machine, install a new ultrasonic mold (note: loose clockwise), and confirm that the mold has been tightened.

3. Turn on the power of the ultrasonic welding machine, turn on the power switch, wait 5 seconds, then turn off the power switch.

4. Press and hold the sound wave test button on the operation panel. Pay attention to the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic welding machine. It is crisp, hoarse, and no extra noise. If the sound is hoarse or screaming, immediately release the sound wave test button to check whether the ultrasonic mold is Loose or rupture and take countermeasures.

5. Loosen the fastening handles on the back of the frame (one for each of the upper and lower), lift the handle of the crank head, and raise the welding head to a certain height (depending on the height of the product).

6. Turn off the air pressure (use the air pressure control valve to adjust the air pressure value to “0”).

7. Place the bottom mold on the operation bottom plate and place the plastic product in the corresponding position of the bottom mold to confirm that the upper and lower plastic parts can be clamped (upper and lower, no obvious misalignment).

8. Pull the upper mold down and close to the bottom mold, and raise the handle of the crank head to press the upper mold onto the plastic product to confirm that the product is not significantly misaligned.

9. Turn the function switch on the control panel to manual, adjust the air pressure control valve, raise the air pressure to 0.1mpa, press the green start button, the mold is lowered and the product is pressed.

10. Shake the lifting handle, the distance between the limit screw and the vibrating cylinder is about 1mm (can be adjusted according to the welding product).

11. Tighten the rack fastening handles and secure the bottom mold.
