Terpenoids, lactones


Artemisinin was extracted by experimental grade. Under the experimental conditions, the recovery rate of artemisinin was increased by more than 25% compared with the conventional extraction method, the extraction time was shortened to 20 minutes, and the petroleum ether recovery rate was 90%.


Flavonoid


Ginkgo flavonoids were extracted with HF-50G circulating ultrasonic extractor at 40 °C for 30 minutes, and the extraction rate was 91.6%, which was higher than the extraction rate of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba by conventional 100-degree boiled for 6 hours. When the propolis flavonoids were extracted, the extraction was carried out for 48 hours, and the extraction rate was 36%; the extraction was carried out for 30 minutes at room temperature by an ultrasonic cycle extractor, and the extraction rate was 41.8%. Under the condition of 30 degrees, 50% ethanol was extracted by ultrasonic circulation extractor for 30 minutes, and the flavonoid extraction rate was 87%.


Alkaloid


Ultrasonic circulation extractor was used to extract total alkaloids from sand oysters with 1/1000 acid water. The extraction rate was over 25% at room temperature, and the extraction rate was over 85%. The extraction was better than that at room temperature for 4-6 hours/time.


Moss


When the Cistanche tubulosa was extracted from Cistanche deserticola with methanol, it was extracted with an ultrasonic cycle extractor for 30 minutes, and the extraction rate of Cistanche deserticola was equivalent to that of conventional leaching for 24 hours and 80 degree reflux for 5 hours.


Polysaccharide


When extracting sulfated polysaccharide from kelp by ultrasonic circulation extractor, extracting at 30 degrees for 20 minutes, the same sulfate ester polysaccharide extraction rate can be achieved by 100 degree boiling extraction for 5 hours.


Tea polyphenol


Tea polyphenols and catechol were extracted from tea leaves, and the ultrasonic wave was extracted at room temperature for 10 minutes. The total amount of tea polyphenols and catechol was increased by more than 40% in 100 minutes of water extraction for 30 minutes. The traits of tea polyphenols and catechol samples were obtained. There is no difference, and the structure of each component of tea polyphenols and catechol is not changed.


Extraction and purification of solvent in slurry extraction coupling


Ultrasonic circulation extractor was used to extract the lipopolysaccharide in the slurry. At room temperature, the ultrasonication time was 30 minutes, the polysaccharide extraction rate was over 92%, and the fucose content in the polysaccharide was 35%. It is only about a quarter of the conventional extraction.
