The ultrasonic control cabinet is also called the ultrasonic generator, it is a device to produce ultrasonic signal, in many cases, it is often encountered that the load current of ultrasonic welding machine is too high due to various reasons. When ultrasonic welding electric current too high, first of all, it is necessary to distinguish the ultrasonic generator itself component damage caused by large current, or the ultrasonic load output problems caused by large current. It’s simple, remove the ultrasonic output line and test the electric currency at no load. If normal, it means that the ultrasonic vibration system fault caused the high electric current.
Experience shows that the large electric currency in ultrasonic welding is generally caused by the mismatch between ultrasonic vibration system and ultrasonic generator of ultrasonic transducer. Aim at this problem, it is necessary to check whether every component of the ultrasonic vibration system is normal, whether the connecting screws between them are loose, whether there are cracks in ultrasonic molds, etc.
1.The loose connecting screw between the ultrasonic horn and transducer will lead to the high electric current. The usual way to remove it from a machine that has been in use for some time is to tighten it with a special wrench for ultrasonic die head to see if the die head has not been locked.
2.Ultrasonic mould or horn is damaged broken, it usually appears on the ultrasonic equipment that has been used too long or for a long time, the elimination method is to check whether there is crack in the appearance of the die head, or install it on other ultrasonic systems to check.
3.Replace the ultrasonic transducer vibrator or the ultrasonic horn, if you replaced these two parts lead to high current, such situation is normal, as long as through ultrasonic frequency adjustment can solve this problem.
