Ultrasonic nanoprocessor uses physical technology to produce a series of conditions close to the extreme in the medium of chemical reaction. Principle of ultrasonic nano processor

Ultrasonic is composed of three parts: ultrasonic vibration parts, ultrasonic special driving power supply and reaction kettle: ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head (transmitter head), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy to the liquid body. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic wave. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally in a few microns. Such amplitude power density is not enough to be used directly. The horn can amplify the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolate the reaction solution and transducer, and fix the whole ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected with the horn, which transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then the ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the chemical reaction liquid by the tool head.

1. Ultrasonic vibration source (driving power supply): convert 50-60Hz commercial power into high-power and high-frequency (15khz-100khz) power supply for transducer.

2. Transducer: convert high frequency electric energy into mechanical vibration energy.

4. Tool head (lead-in rod): transmits mechanical energy and pressure to the working object, and also has the function of amplitude amplification.
