The ultrasonic vibration system consists of ultrasonic transducer, amplitude change bar, tool head, shell and cooling fan. The transducer converts the input electric energy into mechanical energy, i.e. ultrasonic. The transducer is in the longitudinal motion of the back and forth expansion. The amplitude of the amplitude swing rod is enlarged according to the design requirements, and it also plays a role in fixing the whole ultrasonic vibration system. At the beginning of stripping, the cable skin, mineral insulating powder and core wire are integrated, and ultrasonic force can be transmitted throughout the cable. Under the action of ultrasonic vibration, mineral insulation powder is shaken and broken, thus it is discharged naturally. At this time, the core and the cable skin are separated. At the same time, it is natural to isolate the ultrasonic force. That is, when we need to protect the core, ultrasonic has automatically stopped the force on the core. Therefore, the ultrasonic peeling of mineral insulated cable can not only properly discharge mineral insulation powder, but also will not cause any damage to the cable core.
The stripping mechanism consists of expansion tool head, cylinder, control solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve, etc. The expansion tool head pushes the cable against the ultrasonic tool head under the push of the cylinder, so as to transfer the ultrasonic force from the tool head to the cable, and finish the wire stripping.
