1. Medium properties of dispersers
1.1 Different kinds of dispersors are selected for gas, liquid or mixed state. For example, ZQDF is used for air, ZQDF-Y is used for liquid and ZQDF-2 (or-3) is used for steam. Otherwise, misoperation is easily caused. ZDF series multifunctional disperser can pass through gas and liquid. It's better to announce the media status at regular intervals so that installation users don't have to adjust the mode any more.
1.2 Medium temperature of different specifications of products, otherwise the coil will burn off, seal aging, seriously affecting life.
1.3 Medium viscosity, usually below 50 cSt. If the diameter is larger than 15mm, special order will be made with ZDF series multifunctional disperser. High viscosity disperser with diameter less than 15 mm.
1.4 When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, the backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the disperser. In low pressure fashion, the direct-acting diaphragm disperser can be used as an example, CD-P.
1.5 If the medium is directionally flowing, and ZDF-N and ZQDF-N are not allowed to flow backward only in two directions, please make special requests.
1.6 The medium temperature should be within the allowable range of the disperser.
2. Pipeline parameters of disperser
2.1 Select the valve opening and type according to the requirement of medium flow direction and pipeline connection mode. For example, for switching one pipe to two pipes, CA5 and Z3F for small diameter, ZDF-Z1/2 for medium or large diameter. If you want to control the confluence of two pipes, please choose ZDF-Z2/1, etc.
2.2 The nominal diameter can be selected according to the flow rate and Kv value of the valve, or the same inner diameter of the pipeline can be selected. Please note that some manufacturers have not marked the Kv value, often the size of the valve hole is smaller than the diameter of the interface pipe, must not be greedy for low prices and errors.
2.3 The indirect pilot type can be selected when the minimum working pressure difference is above 0 and 04Mpa, and the direct or step-by-step direct type must be selected when the minimum working pressure difference is close to or less than zero.
3. Environmental Conditions of Dispersers
3.1 The highest and lowest temperatures of the environment should be within the allowable range, and special orders should be made if there is an overshoot.
3.2 Water-proof disperser should be selected for high relative humidity and raindrops.
3.3 Special products such as marine disperser should be selected for vibration, turbulence and impact occasions.
3.4 In corrosive or explosive environments, priority should be given to the selection of corrosion resistance according to safety requirements.
3.5 If the environment space is limited, please choose multi-function disperser, because it saves bypass and three manual valves and is easy to maintain online.
4. Power Supply Conditions of Decentralizers
4.1 According to the types of power supply, AC and DC dispersers are selected respectively. Generally speaking, AC power supply is easy to access.
4.2 The AC220V and DC24V are preferred as far as possible for voltage specifications.
4.3 Voltage fluctuation of power supply is usually +% 10%, - 15%. DC is allowed to be around +% 10. If it is out of tolerance, voltage stabilization measures or special order requirements should be taken.
4.4 The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the power supply capacity. Attention should be paid to the high value of VA in AC starting, and the indirect pilot disperser should be preferred in case of insufficient capacity.
