Ultrasonic vibration subunit feature introduction

The ultrasonic vibrator is also called an ultrasonic vibrator. The whole of the transducer connected to the horn is called a vibrator. The piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration), and the device is amplified by the acoustic impedance matching front and rear radiation cover blocks.

The ultrasonic vibrating subunit is an integral structure composed of a piezoelectric element sandwiched between two metals. It is called a Langjiewen vibrator because it was invented by P.Langevin of France, because it is mostly bolted. The integrated structure of the piezoelectric element is also called a bolt-on type transducer. Because it can be driven by high power and high amplitude, it can be used in ultrasonic power applications.

Maximum input lineup of 100 watt and 200 watt type.
