Function description of main display window:
1. Frequency range PLL: display the position of resonance frequency point of transducer and mold traced by generator. It is better to adjust the mold and transducer to the middle of the center frequency point of generator. If the center frequency point is left or right, it means that the ultrasonic mold frequency is low or high.
2. Frequency f: display the actual resonance frequency to the current time, in kHz.
3. Output: display the production times of ultrasonic welding equipment. (on the right side of line 2)
4. Power P: display the instantaneous maximum output power after welding.
5. Amplitude%: shows the percentage of ultrasonic output amplitude and power.
6. Working mode display M: this model has three working modes to choose from
a. Time: when press the start button, the tool head of the machine will descend, press delay welding pressure holding, and it will work automatically
b. External control: the machine delay, welding, pressure maintaining 3 working hours are controlled by the external switch.
c. Spot welding: this mode is suitable for hand-held tool head. Welding time and holding time can be set.
7. Mold adjustment: this model can be set to automatic working mode or mode adjustment mode. When pressing the "mode adjustment" key, LCD display screen can switch between automatic mode adjustment.
