Inspection: Take out the insurance to see if there is a break, use the multimeter to measure whether it is broken or not, and replace the new device.

2. Transducer damage:

Analysis: It is possible that the temperature will rise gradually due to the long time of startup, which will lead to the gel melting transducer falling off or the ceramic part of the transducer breaking.

Inspection: Measuring the insulation strength of the transducer with a shaking meter. The insulation strength is not available below 200M_, so a new transducer must be replaced.

The internal ceramics of transducer will also break due to long-term use, making it unable to work properly.

3. Damage of power transistors:

Analysis: The power tube on the motherboard will be short-circuited because the machine is used uninterruptedly for a long time or the cleaning liquid is used too little for a long time.

Detection: When the power transistor is connected on the main board, the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power transistor should be measured by a multimeter. Normally, it should be about 22. When the power transistor is removed (disconnected from the main board), it should not be possible to measure the pins of the power transistor.

IV. Damage of Pressure Regulator

Analysis: The damage of voltage regulator is usually caused by power switch on after small resistance or short circuit, and it is seldom damaged.

Detection: According to the characteristics of the diode, forward conduction, reverse cut-off. The forward resistance is about 70_and the reverse resistance is about _____________ If the numerical deviation is too large or the forward resistance value is too, replace the new regulator.

5. Damage of Bridge (Diode Rectifier Circuit)

Analysis: the same voltage regulator status

Detection: Also based on the characteristics of the diode (the bridge itself consists of the diode)

6. Damage of Control Board (Adjustable Ultrasound Cleaner)

Analysis: Long time continuous work, component aging, and sometimes infiltration of cleaning fluid.

Inspection: When the machine is not working, disconnect the connection between the control board and the motherboard. If the main board is electrified, if the machine works, it means that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.

7. Damage of Inductance and Isolation Transformer

Analysis: Because the machine works for a long time, inductance and transformer belong to heat dissipation components, it may melt and burn down due to excessive temperature, resulting in short circuit.

Detection: Inductance, transformer damage, in most cases intuitive can see the burnout trace, replacement of new devices.
