Ultrasonic mask welding machine
Also known as mask printer, it is a machine used for automatic production of multi-layer material plane mask products. It can use 1-4 layers of PP spunbond non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine is a line of automatic operation from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, edge sealing and cutting of finished products. According to the different raw materials used, it can reach different standards such as N95, FFP2, etc. The equipment has stable performance, high output, low defect rate and is easy to operate. The mask body machine is equipped with several sets of inner ear mask machines, outer ear mask machines, bandage mask machines or ear belt spot welding machines, which can produce various kinds of masks, such as inner ear mask, outer ear mask, bandage mask, etc.
The ultrasonic mask binding machine adopts the ultrasonic welding method. A conveying device is set on the machine platform. The semi-finished products of the mask are input into the conveying device, wrapped by the drawing cylinder, and then pressed by the ultrasonic flower wheel. The binding is cut off to output the finished products. Only one person needs to place the mask body on the conveyor belt of the machine, and the rest of the follow-up work is completed automatically.
