The wide spray type ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is combined with the controlled jet from the plane jet deflector. Atomization spray is immediately entrainment in the airflow on the atomizing surface of the nozzle, forming fan spray pattern. The speed of the airflow is controllable, allowing atomization spray to produce low or high impact on products or substrates. The multifunctional air forming system can spray up to 6-inch (15 cm) patterns, depending on the distance from the substrate. In wide area applications where multiple nozzles are used in series, the width is unlimited. It can be used in many applications from float glass to textiles.
