Ultrasonic atomization is the use of ultrasonic energy to disperse water, forming 3 μm to more than 28 μM size of water particles, used to humidify the air or other purposes.
The power source of high-power ultrasonic atomization humidification technology is high-power ultrasonic longitudinal transducer. The whole machine is composed of ultrasonic transducer, horn, transmitter and special driving power supply. The transducer drives the transmitter to vibrate at a high frequency of 50 kHz. The ultrasonic force is applied to the water to disperse the flowing water into fine particles and spray it into the air, so as to achieve the purpose of atomization and humidification. It is characterized by low working frequency, high power, high atomization efficiency, large atomization amount of single transducer, and the atomization amount of one unit can exceed 0.5l/h; there is no requirement for water quality, even sewage containing certain amount of impurities can be atomized; there is no pressure, no noise, no nozzle wear and plug problems. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, small volume of single machine, and adjustable atomization quantity, which is most suitable for industrial application.
