Laboratory High Shear Emulsifying Equipment

Model S25 laboratory high-shear dispersing emulsifier is composed of high-speed rotating rotor and precise stator working chamber. It relies on high linear speed to produce strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the materials are fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.

S25 is commonly used in pharmaceutical, biochemical, food, nano-materials, coatings, adhesives, daily chemicals, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, paper-making chemistry, polyurethane, inorganic salts, asphalt, silicone, pesticides, water treatment, heavy oil emulsification and other industries.
