The principle of ultrasonic hand welding gun is to convert high-frequency current into appropriate frequency current (usually 35kHz) through ultrasonic generator (intelligent electric box), and then convert it into mechanical energy of the same frequency through ultrasonic sensor.
The welding time is generally less than 1s, with high welding strength, high production efficiency, good welding quality and energy saving.
