for 20khz and 28khz, there are titanium alloy TIPS at the top of the horn, to prevent the horn of ultrasonic cavitation, so for long time working, you only need to change the TIPS, one pcs cost 20USD,for a complete titanium horn, more than 200USD.
for changing the TIPS, use the wrench, the connection is by screws, easy to remove and install by clients
