Principle
The Ultrasonic Metal Melt Processing System consists of two parts: an ultrasonic vibration component and an ultrasonic generator: the ultrasonic vibration component is used to generate ultrasonic vibrations - mainly including an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic horn, a tool head (emission head), and the vibration Energy is emitted into the molten metal.
The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, ie ultrasonic. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several micrometers. Such amplitude power density is insufficient and cannot be directly used. The ultrasonic horn is designed to amplify the amplitude to isolate the metal melt and heat transfer, and also to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, and the horn transmits ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and the ultrasonic energy is emitted into the metal melt by the tool head.


The metal melt receives ultrasonic waves during cooling or pressing, and its grain structure and the like will undergo significant changes, thereby improving various physical properties of the metal.
